Eva's Lemon & Sugar Protein Pancakes

 

Eva's lemon & sugar protein pancakes. High in protein, healthy and balanced - The perfect Sunday morning breakfast. 

Recipe Below:

20g Melted butter

splash of vanilla essence

1 cup of oat milk

1 cup of self raising flour (if using a GF flour add 1tsp of baking powder)

1/2 cup of Eva's Naked Pea Protein 

1tsp cinnamon 

Mix well with a whisk until smooth.

Top with raw sugar, lemon juice and enjoy with a good book.
