We ensure that your Eva's order leaves our office with the correct packaging to ensure your parcel gets to you in one piece!
If parcels are ever damaged, lost or delayed during the delivery process, we are not at fault, once your order is passed on to the courier it is out of our control.
We do not accept any cancellations, refunds or returns unless there is a good reason. If there are any issues with the quality of your order, or you have any questions, please get in touch - info@evas.co.nz , and we will try and sort this out for you. 
Any opened or partially used products cannot be returned as this is a health and safety issue.
